Dillan provided very thorough, prompt, polite service. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Caught a mistake that another contractor had made on the initial installation of my generator, and also gave me a set of replacement keys for the one that had been misplaced. The communication - email & text reminders- are most appreciated. Wish I'd consulted with them from the start for a turn-key solution rather than contracting it out myself. Had a chance meeting with Cody at a gas station in Dripping Springs and told him I was in need of someone to service my Generac in Spicewood. After a follow up call, Dillan came out (on time) to check our unit, which was long overdue for service. Being a contractor myself, I can discern guys who know what they're doing and who honestly assess and prescribe a solution. Dillan presented a maintenance package to cover the needed repairs that was fair and affordable. These men/brothers are the real deal and you need look no further for your backup generator needs.

Cody and Dillan from Nomic Power Solutions were awesome. They moved my generator even though they didn’t install it. The crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and did the job right with no shortcuts. They also noticed my gas meter was too small and helped me upgrade it through Texas Gas. Honest, helpful guys I’d happily recommend to friends and neighbors.

I first reached out to the folks at Nomic after reading all of their 5-Star reviews online. From my first contact with them through the day my Generac was put in service, Cody and Dillan and all of the guys have lived up to those reviews!! There was a point in time when we weren't even sure I would receive HOA approval for the project, but the Nomic guys hung in there with me and were ready to act on the very day I did receive that approval. They navigated the permit process skillfully and kept in the loop every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better company with whom to work.
Overall great experience getting a standby home generator. We made a plan and it was executed. This was a pretty big project and some mistakes were made, but they did everything they could to make it right. Sometimes contractors won’t take responsibility, but that is not Nomic.
I purchased a Generiac generator and Nomic installed at my home. The team was professional and completed the project in record time. There was communication throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am now confident of there is a grid disruption will have power for my home.
